Apartment sales to foreigners in Türkiye increased by 32.5%!

According to data released byTurkish Statistical AuthorityThe number of apartments sold to foreigners during the month of September of this year 2022 reached 5 thousand and 49 apartments.

The percentage of foreign sales during the ninth month of this year 2022 amounted to 4.5% of the total general sales of apartments throughout Turkey!

As for the total sales of apartments to foreigners during the first nine months of this year 2022, it amounted to 49,644 apartments, achieving a progress of 32.5% compared to sales of apartments to foreigners during the same period last year 2021.

Istanbul is the most sold Turkish state to foreigners:

In the details of the aforementioned data, the state of Istanbul ranked first among the Turkish states that sold the most apartments to foreigners during the month of September 2022, with 1,795 apartments sold.

The state of Antalya came in second place with 1,585 apartments sold, while the state of Mersin ranked third with 335 apartments sold.
