Semt Bahcekent

The Simt Bahche Kent project, which is from the Metro Metro Metro Koy-Mahmoud B-Sennart, which will reduce the distance between the towns of Majidi Koy and Ainurert to 26 minutes, is located near the high train station in Asinart. The project also provides customers and investors with easy and rapid access to the TEM highway and Istanbul Airport and the roads connected to the Sultan Yavuz Selim Bridge. The project provides customers full of green through its green spaces of 65% of the project area. The project also includes many social facilities such as the pond of decorations, industrial bridges, perch, walking ways and children's play spaces. All apartments 1+1 were sold in the project.
