The Greenox Urban Rizids project, which represents the first and only vertical forest in Turkey, ascends a distance from Buyuk Derry Street with just 5 minutes. The architectural design of Mental Design Worms is returning. The interior design of the project is returning to I-Istan Istanbul. The project is only 400 meters away from the Istanbul Shopping Center. The project includes a 28 -meter vertical forest, a 48 -meter terrace and a 50 -meter pool. It also includes the vertical walls of the project 21,200 plants and 900 trees in its façades. These plants are characterized by being watered, processed and fertilized automatically. The Greenox Residans project will be created in 5 stages with an investment of $ 500 million. Greenox Urban Rizids is expected to return with an investment of 120 million Turkish liras with profits of up to 40% for customers and investors.
