Elmas Kule

The Elmas Cole project was developed by HHS architectural company and designer Hussein Sari with a contemporary design to form a comfortable work space. All project properties are characterized by being an industrial workshop license. The height of the workshops in the project, which benefits from daylight, is increased by the maximum extent of 4.15 meters. A balcony has also been added to each workshop in the project. This has been allocated 400 square meters in the project for the operational waste treatment system. Gypsum collection rooms have also been allocated to work as well. The project allocates a car park that can accommodate two cars as a minimum for each workshop. The project includes 6 fast elevators and ready to use. The project is also characterized by its location, which is 500 meters from Kuiumo Kent, adjacent to the Basin Express Road, the E-5 and TEM highways. The project also climbs at a point close to the metro station, which operates integrated with the Marmari line and other metro lines.
